I would suggest reduce Sin HP to original.

With sin's cheap speed 8 skill, sin could do around 200% damage output ( higher dps, and most important !! the flinch time!!).

Not only warrior stand no chance to against sin, but also taoist, wiz, archer.

I think the death rate of every class will increase. :/

Hmm I wonder what it has felt like fighting against good wizards or warriors for the last 6 months. You are correct it will change the balance of the server, which is only bad if you thought it was balanced before.

Its the first time since I started that my Sin doesn't feel like a Warrior with half the health.

This. Can still be 2 hit by all classes bar Taos.

As troublemaker is still able to get his guild to lure people towards him and exploit the blizzard / met strike no animation on the edge of the screen and ONE hit people

Went PT after the second reboot last night with Mirtiger and Jiggy who was on his 45 assassin which effectively has shop gear.

Jiggy was clearing mobs approximately 50% quicker than Mirtiger who has rage and one of the 'top 20' warrior kits on the server.

You don't need massive HP when you can SS next to your target, floor them in 3 hits and then SS away. MFdoom tested assassin damage in an average kit with logans and hit 16,841 damage over 70 seconds - that's 241 damage every second.

Says it all really.

Its the flinch that is way OP. Tried about 10 fights with a sin last night to test it and 8 times out of 10 i couldn't get one hit off as was perma flinched. Add slow into the mix and it's nn everytime. I was on 120dc, luck 4, speed 7.

Sin shadow steps to the side, flinch lock, slow, dead. Not as bad in a grp fight but please, try just the animation fixed. Cap warrior speed at 6/7 if you like but don't make us have to acheive speed 8 to get it!

Also, being from a PvE guild, the levelling speed has taken a massive knock. Extremely noticeable in numa last night as well as the PT example Melkor mentioned.
