Afternoon.

I see a lot of people (including myself) asking for tips on weight loss and muscle enhancment.

People would like a quick fire way of losing the pounds they have developed from spending much of their time at PCs feeding their faces.

Well the only answer is dont eat **** and go to the gymnasium.

I myself was under the impression that one less chocolate bar and 10 situps a day would burn caloires but in all honesty they dont.

I now eat healthily and go to the gym 4 nights a week, currently ive shed almost a stone of excess weight.

Before you start suggesting i was ever a hefer lump, im 6ft 2 and weighed nearly 14 stone (i had love handles i wont lie).

So fatties, if you want to lose weight its simple...**** sticking your fingers down your throats, **** eating one less chocolate bar - dont eat any..and enrole in your local sporting activity arenas and pump those pounds away.

People who say its impossible to lose weight or say they cant refuse food need taking to an abandoned chicago parking lot and shot repeatedly in the face.

bah when i saw the thread title i thought 'large' was going to be referring to ego's such as mine. I'm quite dissapointed tbh.


Anyway losing weight it pish. Gaining it, on the other hand, isn't.

Im obese. Theres the fat thing dangling between my legs, My doctor said its normal, But everyone screams when they see it.

Please help.

i start my physio therapy on my knee tuesday, need to get some excercises shown to me so i can strengthen my knee and start running again. i eat the right and the wrong foods.

But you forgot to mention that the times you eat is very important, you shouldnt eat after 7-8 because your body doesnt use the energy from the food to do anything. should always eat 3 meals a day, skipping breakie doesnt help lose weight and you should always eat something within 45minutes of training.

Lol I thought the same as Tai as well.
A more appropriate thread title would be helpful. "To LOMCNs Fat Members" should suffice.

Anyway, I'm not fat and I sit on my ass sometimes all day. I'm 6ft 1 or 2 inches, weigh 11st 5lb dressed [cba to take my work clothes off as I'm going back in 10 mins].

I've never been fat, I eat like a pig... the trick is to just be a physical person... I play a lot of sports and when I do I work hard. It's not about what you eat, it's about how often you burn off what you eat.

i eat takeaways atleast 3 times a week and do no excersise at all. i usually only eat once a day, and thats at night. yet i keep losing weight really easily.

gym. pft. whatever.

good way for all your fat ****ers to lose weight, is simply to kill yourself.
you'll rot away the pounds easily.

Im about 5'10'' (Last time I was measured) & weigh about 14 stone
