I'm carrying extra weight and lost quite bit of muscle last month from fasting and stuff, so not just yet, need to get back into my routine and diet again, i'm in the bulking stage so no topless yet where i'll be all flabby and stuff.
But i also thought you meant 100 reps as in barbell curls or something, which isn't a good idea.
Don't skip breakfast, toast is good but try to cut out the butter and try and make it brown bread, white bread is worse for your health, don't cut out too much, look at it this way: You can eat what you want just don't over-do it. Eat the right amounts, the occasional chocolate bar won't hurt you
