Hi, I'm Kori
And this is a tutorial video on how to spot a cheater.

There are a few key points that must be addressed.
1) The person recording the video must be at 60FPS (speedcap of the server) and has no framelag when recording (a decent system is usually needed for this)
2) A stable connection to the server (I get 10ms ping to the current server)
So, with that done, I'll explain the difference between Myself/Depress' speed, and TitusPullo's in this video.
The speed obtainable via the game's system is for all intensive purposes what we'll call "1.1"
You cannot go above this at all through legit means, even if you could have done so with your spec as the server limits you.
TitusPullo is running at what we'll call "1.3"
This means he's altered his game to allow him to go beyond 1.1, obtaining the speeds you've just seen in that video.
Pay attention to his movements in comparison to myself, the sin and Spud at around 1:40 onwards - this is where it becomes quite obvious he's running at speeds beyond what are capable.
Now, don't be fooled. If you're not at the speedcap OR your ping to the server is well over 150, people who ARE at the speedcap and/or have a superior ping to the server will look a lot like this to you!
I recommend checking out the following thread if you have FPS problems:
http://www.lomcn.org/forum/showthre...-ease-client-lag-and-potentially-increase-FPS
or download "WTFast" if you have ping problems.
Please remember, this is not Euro Mir or 2.3 mir, gone are the days you can use your 12year old computer and expect to be at even speeds with the client. Chronicles has evolved a lot since then and as such requires at least a decent spec to run it optimally.
Thankyou, and have a good day.
