these are what support the conspiracy theorists.

This is a computer model of the plane impact on the Pentagon 9-11 Pay close attention to the width of the impact area.

Then look at the pictures on this page. Specifically at the size of the initial hole in the Pentagon.

Then look at the direction the plane came from and the angle it hit the Pentagon compared with the direction of the demolished areas of the pentagon.

I'm not supporting or otherwise a conspiracy but to be honest it just doesn't make logical sense to me. :(

The original question is I couldn't understand how a 124ft wide plane could fit through an 18ft gap and the answer is it couldn't and it didn't.

The assumption was the plane hit the 1st floor and went through the 18ft wide gap shown by the red circle. It never it would seem to have hit the ground floor after the right engine hit the generator on the right gouging a big chunk out of it and possibly causing the engine to explode (speculation).

The pictures below show how this fits, the wings did not disintegrate on impact but they were sliced up as the entered the Pentagon, hence the reason most of the sections were found inside (like going through a chip slicer)
