Undeleting Characters

I have searched but the latest relevant thread was from 2006 and I'm not sure it applies now.

What button in dbserver do I press to restore (undelete) a deleted character? I have tried both the 'Revive' button and the 'Delete Chr' buttons but neither seem to work? Although when pressing Revive, the status does change to "Deleted: False" but as I said it's still not there when I log into the account itself.

Anyone know how to solve this? Exactly the same problem.

I had an an idea to change where the db decides if it selects the char by default, and set that to no, but still, doesnt work.

Wouldn't it be the same as on mir 3, changing the deleted field in sql from 1 to 0?
