Suggestion Update window

Add a windows ingame, that allows you to see the updates/changes that have been made.

Basic as it sounds really. Press hot key - Opens up the windows that contains all patch / update notes.

Makes it easier for people to have a quick look and see what's going on without having to log onto here / discord.
