Updated M2Server + Next Version Info

Ok ive finished translating the basics of the m2server.exe into english to allow easy browsing. I stopped progress on this exe and started working on the latest m2server which adds a few features into game, these include players able to go for sabuk, weapon absorbing, and more....

The latest m2server will be posted when translated.

Well in the latest m2server (lomcn.exe) i have unlocked a new feature which was hidden, its the test server info.

Please note these may of been hidden for a reason and i have not tested and may not work.
However they do look to be coded correctly.
These can be found by Options - General -> Server
