We're moving tonight! To a new faster Dedicated Server

There will be a reboot tonight at 8PM to allow us to move from our current location to a brand new Dedicated Server located in London.

This will fix the issues people have had getting in-game and will make the whole server a lot more stable, while you guys may of not seen the effects the current System running the files has been struggling the last few days to keep all 100+ of you playing. Much love to Kurt for providing that Server but we gotta move on.

The Reboot will take about 30 minutes and our Patcher will automatically provide you with the new IP Address needed to connect.

We're paying for the Dedicated Server out of our own pocket so don't worry we won't be introducing a Pay2Win GameShop to fund things, it's not required nor wanted by any of the Server Team.

Sound good. Nice Work! You thought of maybe introducing some sort of donation page or something.. Where people can donate (if they wish to help towards the server) I know i would probably chip in a bit now and then. Just a thought might help out a little from those that wish to help.

And you could always do as we did on Reunited, setup a donation page - People will be willing to chip in for no reward and always helps towards costs for you guys.

Milo Any news on when these files will be publicly release? i know your team is very busy atm ect but would be nice to shed some light on the subject for others no just myself.

also on a side note have you got your hand on the new 5.21 applem2 source? im about 35% translated (dbserv/loginsrv/logingate atm) (ill be releasing once 100% and if im given the correct permissions from a certain person) and wondering if theres much diffrence between 2.5d and 5.12.

The files will be released when they are released, there is no point rushing to release them if there are still bugs and problems to fix, just leave them alone to work on it and wait. nice to see the change over, will this mean that people with the DirectX problem will be able to play?

I'm happy to reroute the money gained from the Google ads on LOMCN to help fund this...seeing as we have no real need for paid forum modifications or such like anymore. Payments are a little sparse now though with the new Adsense payment system, I'm only getting a payout every 3 months or so, but every little helps?

Sure if that's what you want we'll refund and you can apply again. I know it's bad timing but this is the only time we can make the move before Saturday and we really need to move.
