W810i's are decent my mate has had one of those for a month or two, havent experienced enything yet, i had a K750i that was a decent phone had it for 1-2months dident experience enything, i used to answer it in rain etc but used to be quick obviously.

its the best fone i have had so far

but now its getting gay i cant see the screen lol cose its scratched soooo much

I've got the same model, got it about a month after they were released. I get the odd crashes with it for no reason, but its not quite as far gone as yours lol. How long have you had it for ?

had it since april 06, replaced the charger 2wice aswell

bit of a crap contract tbh shldve got one for 12months or sumthing, or just break it on purpose now n get a new 1 :P

18 month contracts are best, best deals, and you can start again after 9 months, and do the same as upgrading but have a different number.

Or if your going with a diferent provider next, you can keep your number.

I have this same problem with my w810i my ohone also freezes randomly and if it gets the slightest knock it restarts its self i think the may be doe to the fact i had it in my pocket and got hit with a spade and it cracked my screen and i was also running up the street one day and it fell out my jacket pocket and went skidding across the floor.

my gf has the exact same problem, always restarts when it does somethin a little tasking, like ringing ppl.

iv just got the k810i, and whoopesh, its a good phone.

I had this problem.

I had a Sony Ericsson K750i and it stopped switching on altogether.

I took it to TheLink in my local town to be told by the fat assistant it was water damage and there was nothing she would do. A bit preturbed i mentioned i had extended warrenty and the fact it hadnt been near any water. I was then told that as it was hot i had probably sewated into my phone and that broke it.

After a letter to head office, they fixed my phone and gave me 3 months free on my contract.

Moral of the story if they try and fob you off with the water damage mlarky then go to head office.
