Its got to the point where my pc is holding me up.
I cant hunt with more than 3 people, any wizzies at all or taos that cast trap hex... because my fps drops to 14-15 and my pc starts to scream at me..
Will this PC run me at 60fps? i wouldnt mind getting more involved in abit of pvp too.

Im expecting to be able to get something like the below on my meagre budget. (would also consider 0% finance if anyone can suggest a site)

Connection has nothing to do with FPS, that spec should easily do it.

Net connection?

im on a 60meg line, connection speed has never been an issue its the processing speed of my pc, it just cant cope with mir for some reason.
I play other games (granted on low graphic settings) like Diablo 3 and no issues at all.

The second i step into bw sz i drop frommy high 45fps.. ouch to 10-15 lol.
im slower than everyone aside from the 2 steppers bless them.

As Shak mentioned, get a decent SSD and imo get a better/higher-end Graphics card (I'd recommend Nvidia personally). At least that way you'll not need to upgrade for a long long time and this will allow you to play other games besides Mir at very decent FPS.

I'd also recommend buying each parts separately and building it yourself/get someone you know and trust to build it for you, which would save you a fair bit of money. Pre built computers etc are not worth buying unless you have more money than sense.

As people have said: an SSD and a better GPU (Unless this is just for Mir then it's fine as is).
Also get rid of Windows 8 and get 7. You'll thank me later.

I did look into buying things seperately but i just dont know enough about compatability.

Im fine taking apart and putting back together lol. Will the motherboard support the gcard will the power supply have enough volts ect ect.
If end up with bits and pieces that dont work together :/

Ill keep looking then.

I bought my PC premade as (even though I work in IT) I can get them cheap from our suppliers,
This will work more than enough for MIR mate -as mine works wonders, You can always look at changing out and adding to a PC (even if its prebuilt) later on, as long as it has slots free on the mother board (and you buy the right thing!)

:)

EDIT: I'd agree to get an SSD (I Plan too when I next get paid) - they aren't that expensive either :)

Not sure on games, but at work I have my OS on it, it boots up and shuts down in about 2 seconds, it's pretty damn good!
So I can only imagine it would run games better :)

Would you reccomend having the SSD as the primary drive with the operating system on or as a spare just to run the games from?

350W is ****ing tiny for that amount of gear, I'd go for at least 650w with an i7 personally.

Have you considered cleaning up your current system to see if that helps, even as a short term measure ?

Things to check :-

Your hard drive might be nearly full which means it will struggle to run programs as Windows can use a large space to operate.
Your drive might need defragging. A badly fragmented drive can be a nightmare and can cause errors.
If you have onboard graphics, this can be hindered by lots of shortcuts and files on your desktop and big images.
Other programs running in the background can cause problems if they're taking up valuable resources. Try turning lots of things off if they're starting up and "ready for use".
Check your antivirus progs to see if they're doing live checks of online activity. Your mir might be being checked constantly and this will really hinder gameplay.

Consider increasing system RAM. This can work wonders for struggling systems.

Check your mir settings to see if you can turn off graphic effects. This might help a lot.

There are many ways to try and improve an old system. All worth trying before spending hundreds on a new machine to play an aged game like Mir, whatever its incarnation.
