This is real weird. If you go to the archive site, the guy has made tons, maybe hundreds or even thousands of winamp skins uploaded on there and this mir1 skin was uploaded in 2019.... I think that's long before mir1 became the thing here with your Carbon edition.

I find it odd that someone would make a skin or mir1 at that point of time, would make more sense if it was made couple decades ago, or more recently after you brought it to light here than in 2019. Perhaps mir1 was never quite dead out there in Asia and that inspired him to make it?

I think the image used is a Mir 2 Image, so could just be a miss worded title

That pic of a male with the spiky hairdo, isn't that somewhere in mir1 assets? I'd swear I've seen it somewhere, and it was that pic that convinced me it really was mir1, not by the description of it being mir1 skin, but really can't say for sure.

Damn, now I am not even sure it wasn't posted before as you say, or even if it wasn't me who posted it. :unsure:

Searching 'winamp' returns only one mention from 2020, next mentions are from 2012 and older. Surely the winamp name would be mentioned.

You have something there, good find. That skin image might come from a boxed mir CD, the illustration on it. Could be I've seen it on one of those threads here where eBay mir2 items were posted.
