Just tested... a wiz with lock can hit a "Running" warrior 1/3 or 1/4... Really guys give me facts on what the issues are and I will try to address them, make up **** and waste my time trying to confirm then I won't listen.

Taos would have to flinch them with pets and wizzes with an aoe spell.

They always have... And I reiterate what I seem to reiterate a lot... I am not reinventing a 13 year old game. The list would be to large for one person to do.

i dont have a problem hitting running players with the likes of thunderbolt or flamedisruptor. not sure why anyone else does...

That's the issue, a Wizard is supposed to use an AoE spell in order to slow down the target then aim with Single target spells.
You did have the off chance on euro to hit somebody when they were mid run..fact.
Hows about you all stop giving Sam **** everyday...none of us would even have a game to play if he didnt use HIS FREE TIME to code it all.
