Figured I'd just create them all in one thread.
Bug1:
Blizzard and MeteorStrike are supposed to root you to the ground for X seconds.
This "root" effect, currently doesn't properly root you. The root is supposed to persist through any damage taken. As it stands, you can cast blizzard, get flinched just once by anything (mob, person) and can immediately start walking off.
Bug2:
Blizzard and metstrike are supposed to be big aoe damage spells on a large cooldown. They're on a 3 second cooldown as it stands, which is just far too short.
Bug3:
Blizzard doing too much damage for a utility spell. Official source states MetStrike is supposed to be the damage dealer (picture below)
Bug4:
MagicBooster, as picture below states, is supposed to increase consumption of mana greatly when casted. Currently doesn't do this.

Suggestion:
Wizards do not need Masters Target on their clone any more. They are more than equipped to deal with dangers now and are now the highest priority threat in-game.
Fix these and perhaps wizards won't be so "overpowered" as everyone keeps mentioning.
