Exactly he never ever plays 90 minutes and he still gets injured all time, reminds me of Dyer or Owen.

Spains quality? Scoring goals
Spains weakness? Conceding goals

Englands strength? Clean sheets
Englands weakeness- ?????? - Midfield. As strong as it looks on paper... They play crap.

Okay.. Maybe they would, maybe they wouldn't, I'm English and IMO, they wouldn't.
I'm English, but still think Spain would hammer us.

that defence looks weak, to be fair.

Losing players like Cole, Terry to players like Baines & Taylor?

I rate Baines, but Cole is much better and it's a big drop.
Taylor isn't good enough for England, Richards has lost his way recently, looked to have much more potential when he was younger.

Midfield looks good, aslong as Wilshere keep's his head cool.

Theo needs to step up and be what was expected of him.

Yea but you are forgetting they're all so young, terry and ferdinand weren't nout special at that age, the older they get the better they get.

And btw, thats 1 speedy defence if anything. Thats also without the future stars that will probably pop up from nowhere, should be at least 1 or 2 of um.

Thats true, they're only young but:

Terry began to establish himself in the Chelsea first team from the 2000-01 season, making 23 starts, and was voted the club’s player of the year.[19] He continued his progress during 2001-02, becoming a regular in the defence alongside club captain and French international Marcel Desailly. On 5 December 2001 he captained Chelsea for the first time, in a League match against Charlton Athletic.

He was 21 year old coming 22 and Chelsea regular and captained them. Thats very good for a CB that don't normally peak untill late 20's

edit: I was hoping Mancienne was going to step up and be a good player, but he's not looking so good at the moment for Wolves... But again, he's only young.

Really? I dont remember him being nothing special till like 2005 or sumit. Although he's always been god damn snail-speed like.

Similarly Ferdinand was voted club poty when he was 19 and went on to be signed as the most expensive defender ever in the same year.

Speaking of which, did anyone see Phil Jones playing for Blackburn on the weekend, first time I've watched him myself and he was quality the entire game. One for the future maybe.

No1 said anything about his scoring ability (although in honesty he does miss a fair few chances) wud he get that many chances against England? I don't think so

Liverpool striker Fernando Torres has been ruled out for the rest of the season as he requires knee surgery.

Torres missed Liverpool's draw with Fulham last weekend as a result of the problem and he will now be forced under the knife to correct the injury.

The Spanish international underwent knee surgery in January and he spent six weeks on the sidelines.

AHAAHAHAHAAAA

He will still be back for the world cup. Not as if Liverpool need him at the moment, their seasons over.

In my opinion him and Rafa have known for a while he would miss the end of the season. There's no way he would risk missing the world cup.

You's really need to start playing Kuyt up front and get rid of that sh1t u call a footballer David N'Gog, Kuyt and babel or Kuyt and Gerrard with benayoun or aquilani as the attackive midfielder, wouldn't miss torres half as much if he'd just play it like that tbh.

I would probably just have Mascherano instead of 1 of the attacking midfielders, although not essential as West Ham probably won't cause you to much trouble.

He's listed Gerard twice so I'm thinking the cm is Mascherano. Gerrard isn't good enough to play in 2 places at once :).
