It's not the customer's responsibility to disable a service when it's due to expire lol, that's solely the responsibility of the provider. A 3 month subscription paid upfront is not a contract, therefore the customer technically had no wish to continue using said service after the paid-for time was over.
If what you're saying was actually true then any company could continue providing their services even after their customers have stopped asking for it, then backdate them for it when they (obviously) don't pay and make a ton? It wouldn't last 5 minutes in court.
As ive said nothing will happen, but if you have a service and are using it you are liable to pay upon request, contract or no contract you used the service you are liable to pay.
