- Microsoft windows uses authentication
- Most keys are illegal and are logged
- Replicated keys log your telephone ip and other bits of information
- Once using these keys you are prompt with a "Illegal copy of windows message"
- Thus........ problems

99.99% sure that my m8 has SP3 with working updates of a copied version

u can get copies of windows which come already configured with the key and non authentication required, im using one now on this pc which came bundled with office and such.
