The reason yellow doesn't stun is because it works on bosses, it also makes leveling so easy when mobs can't attack back.
With the speed they can hit, they become tankier than any other class with the Orchid set. It does kinda make the Orchid set irreplaceable though.I feel like you focused too much on the PVP side of things for assassin and not really much on the PVE side, as more content becomes available, solo sins will find it difficult just to hunt imo.

Sins are still very competitive with the server the way it currently is. I have voiced what i think will happen but its only gonna be a few minor things to keep sins balanced with other chars as they get stronger. Its a shame double slash was nerfed, OK i see why people moaned at both slashes hitting threw sheild, but with having to gain so many other stats to fend off warriors we lose so much DC. I attacked Lkira earlier on today in Ghoul Room, Under Moonlight, she had no sheild ( im dc 77 acc 30) took 4 clean hits and still rtd away. ok probably used suns.... but whilst wizzies run around with these crazy pets i dont think they shud be crying they are too weak =/If Jamie is going from the Korean version then there a few things wrong with assassin.
Flash dash is suppose to stun monsters. is fine how it is in pve imo, i think it needs a buff to become more usefull in pvp though, had a small discussion with Jamie and its just not worth casting as you lose too much DPS. maybe if it cast faster and u could chase people that are running away be a good way to utilise?
MPEater is also wrong, we shouldn't have a % to increase damage by 50%, this skill is only suppose to recover MP
Swift Feet is wrong, there is no cool down on here Correct on cool downs but i feel its only usefull to escape from pk / get to caves faster, its so hard to use in pvp when ur running an extra step more than others

Level 2 - 130 second cool down
Level 3 - 90 second cool down
Moonlight, this isn't suppose to break on attack and your suppose to do more damage while in stealth, but this isn't suppose to make you invisable to other players, just hide from monsters., Moon light has always broken on attack! you only do more damage on your first attack under it. thens its broken.
Level 0 - 15 seconds
Level 1 - 20 seconds
Level 2 - 25 seconds
Level 3 - 30 seconds
Such massive nerfs to sin if Jamie is trying to follow KR but some of them i personally would like to see, especially flash dash and moonlight fixed.
