I would remove bundles but leave the delay in place.
I really don't see how anybody not using the scripts could want the delay removing until there's a way to combat it.
People can easily carry 20-25 loose suns in their bag, and it takes 2 minutes to get them. Take out the delay and Scripts run riot again. Removing the delay without another solution just hands cheaters another advantage.
Town fights will be ****ed completely, as people can just use up their 20 suns killing numerous non-cheaters then restock.
In caves its still a massive advantage to the cheaters, as they still don't have to worry about actually pressing buttons. Non-cheaters have to actively focus on their hp, and take time away from movement or attacking to use a sun, cheaters wont.
People forget that half of all fights are won simply because one person backs down first. First person to worry about their hp will usually start worrying about getting away, stop attacking, stop flinching their opponent and quickly be overrun and killed. With scripts in place, even with only 20 suns available, its almost always going to be the cheater.
In my opinion, taking the delay away (without a proper solution) when the whole server knows that scripts are not only possible but piss easy to get and use will kill the server, as nobody anywhere will die or lose an item without claiming it was due to scripts that are being allowed to flourish by the server team. If staff think they have it hard now, wait till that floodgate opens.
