If you are so naïve to think that using mir files that are public, to changing someone's work to insult and dig out a server, are the same thing then I just proved to the whole community where your loyalties lie on these forums, and with responses like this, despite your title on these forums, they are not welcome.

P.P.S You honestly take take things too personally. I don't care if you guys use the interface. If I did I would of made a fuss. It's there to be used. And frankly my loyalties, implied or otherwise have nothing to do with me being an Admin here but if the other admins feel there is a clash I'm more than happy to step away

So, you just decided to complain, then say your not making drama.

Sounds like my partners way of saying im not upset, then not talking to me all night.

If you had nothing to say, you would not have said it. So putting a P.S in there stating you don't care, becomes completely negated when your post is complaining about something.

Running a server is going to tear you apart if you can't take a comment like that.

Lol @ drama over an interface. It's hardly a big deal, it's merely there to look aesthetically pleasing. I highly doubt the interface is a key selling point to any server.

The difference is they took a new interface and edited it to their custom and then you've ripped it without permission, for reasons I can't work out. The fact you're using the same province maps as well (which EU players saw first on chronicles) paired with the interface now too, just looks like you're ripping them off/trying to cater for their userbase. Feels cheap.

I didn't complain? I mentioned how much work was involved in creating the interface beyond editing one image. And then said I believed Apoc using it without permission was a little hypocritical considering the complaint when someone edited an image you guys made. I added the P.S To clarify that I do in fact not care, I can post about something to have a conversation, not because it's a big deal

There is a difference between taking comments from other server teams, to taking comments from your audience.

In this situation, I will always ensure to defend Apocalypse when another server team comes along trying to have a little moan, don't be mistaken, I wont roll over to Chonicle's staff comments.

The players who choose to play Apocalypse have the very right to have opinions as they are the users who will keep the game alive, so their opinions, positive of negative will be welcomed.

The server in general seems like a rip off from Chronicles, same interface, same provinces and same guide line except a few own ideas. Not being harsh or anything but it's from what I saw from twitch.

anyway milo we shouldnt be going into this but ace was gonna be a public release project: some ppl only helped with stuff like interface translations cause they expected to get a set of files in return so cant really say 'we' are completely innocent there

We wouldn't still be playing mir if things weren't originally ripped from somewhere. Chronicles often claim to try and keep it as close to current official Korean servers. Hypocritical to not suggest that isn't cheap of them if doing this is. I'm not slandering here, obviously work on private servers is appreciated, but it all comes from somewhere and isn't obtained through proper means as such, is it?

Could be wrong, but wasn't the signature/image more to do with the message behind it, slandering and claiming corruption?

You have seen 5% of the server. The interface is originally a Shanda (official mir) interface. Chronicles adapted it to an English version (with other alterations). We decided it was probably a good idea to use their English version rather than the Korean one.

Im a little confused why you think its a rip of chronicles. because you saw the interface and deadmines? Also we adapted Deadmines by 50% as we use some different Tiles/Objects to Chronicles.

Could not have put it better myself Tai.

I personally think that changing the entire files is worth doing, so everymap/cave/mob/name etc is different, but majority of players enjoy the euro stance with extras put into it. So that's the road we decided to go down.
