doctors are useless unless you go private all they'll tell you is to stop doing stuff. Im looking for exercises stretches etc that could help.

Just a few ideas you do weights a fair bit right? That can put alot of strain on your back, streching properly before excercise and when you wake up does help most lower back pain is when you have strained your muscles in that region, try some deep heat maybe or firey jack, doctors is probably best idea sorry if these ideas seem abit simple.

hahahahaha i am a apprentice wood machinist i lift wood some times weighing up to 130kg (AID OF other person tho) and doing it for 9 hours a day putting it on machine and taking off thats 260KG for 1 bit of wood takes around 30 secs for it to go through so am ur looking at around 30 bits of wood an hour
for 9 hours a day would rly love to see u lift that.

then u have to move them out side for forklifts and with a pallet weighing at max 2 ton can take 2 ppl to move them then theres picking them up on to work bench sanding then taking off bench. lot of liffing in my job.

what do u do sit at home on ur ass living of the money i pay in taxes u lazy bum

Ever heard the saying "Dont try to bull**** in a subject you havent researched?"

My brother is a qualified forklift driver and i know for a fact you dont have to carry them outside, the forklift is narrow and versatile enough to go inside and carry the load.
