Final fantasy xiv

Can't really class FFXIV in the same league as the other FF games though (except 11)anyone gonna pre-order this for the 22nd? Never play FF but heard FFXIII was good.

They're story based RPG's, 11 and 14 are slightly story based MMO's, but i will definately be giving it a try, just a shame us ps3 users are having to wait much longer for it
been playin closed beta n open beta n its a great game but its not very user friendly at the moment
ps3 aint till march 2011 and xbox will be after that.
the beta till 22nd doesnt work for me just black screen with some error
lucky git's for even getting a chance to try it :P but i will be playing on the 22nd if im off,

It's fairly ****ty. I've been playing for the past few months. If you buy it this month accept that you're basically paying for a game that should still be in closed beta. Oh and you should play with a controller. Keyboard/Mouse controls are dreadful.
Should be a good game come March though.
-edit- I should add that it does have some nice things like being able to be any class at any time by just swapping weapons but everything is just so cumbersome to do. And they really suck at telling you what to do in the game.

yeh deffo needs alot of fixes and eventually tooltips ect, but wow was same when it first came out it didnt have all the tooltips it has now ect
How would that help the situation at all? Xbox 360 isn't even getting Final Fantasy 14
My apologies, I haven't seen this update, I knew they began developing for the 360 but the live system meant they put it on hold. Could you link me to this update please? Wikipedia and various other sources seem to say it's still on hold.
