Hi there,

On quite a few occasions we have wanted to start a guild war but no leader on. Could the authority to war be extended easily?

Many players would like the Guild War removed or made more difficult to start.
Making it easier for a guild to war someone would not be a popular move.

why? what harm does it have? don't want to be warred... don't be in a pking guild

What about the guilds like Dunedain who genuinely try and group bosses such as DD and never PK just to get warred against so that another guild can easily come along and PK / steal the boss?

I guess it's part of the game but a bit of a blow for the 'honest' guilds out there.

There are many discussions about constant wars being grief
whether they should be limited to one a day
whether they should be limited to one guild at a time
whether they shoudl be more expensive
Cant remember everything.
Had you no idea many players feel strongly about this?

Bad example, Dunedain aren't non-pk anymore, they'er infact just full of lower level mines pk'rs.

Guild that starts warr has the privelages of having no curse and no going red, the oppsite guild being warred should have no drop activated imo.

Or

Have both leaders to agree the war.

PVP in on this is terrible, guilds at war 24/7, no curse and no going red, it's made PVP extremely "carebear".

Why is it carebear if no one goes red or gets cursed? Most ppl have more than luck +1 these days getting yr luck back costs more than a war. The warred guild doesnt go red or get curse when they kill either.

All of which could be implemented as well as deputies being able to war

So you want to limit the number of wars and restrict them in as many ways as you can but let more people do it? How many guild leaders would want to do that?
They come in game and find someone has used up the war quota.

Do you not play the game?
Do you not see that the majority of this server play for the PK?
Do you not see that without the wars people would be red all day?
Do you not see that only the few, hate wars?
Do you not see that you chat crap?

I was working on the assumption that the leaders trusted the decisions of their deputies, maybe all guilds aren't like this?

This makes sense, but then you punish the people who put effort into getting luck 7s by making them use a different wep. They have the most expensive weps ingame as it is, and you now want them yo use another to pk ? Kinda unfair.

I agree with 25-50 pk points a murder on a server like this where there is loads of pk.

Luck 7 being ingame is stupid anyway, specially considering the number of them around. And the whole point of Luck being so beneficial is that it should be easy to lose, that's the whole reason for the luck/curse system.

Curse immunity pots just give the top 5% who can buy everything they need with r/l cash an even bigger advantage than is necessary.

The server needs to make money from somewhere otherwise, where is their incentive to keep things going after the passion ran out and all the ballshit they have to put up with is now here?

They make plenty from exp pots, which id take out aswell to be honest, but fair enough if they need the cash.

Maybe your right, best I have to worry about is dc+7 luck 5 at the moment, and hopefully it'll be 6-7 soon, but still, I don't think curse immunity should be ingame. If you have luck, there should be some risk to lose it. If you believe differently...so be it.

Had luck 7 for 2 months, never used a curse immunity, never cursed!
