    Your monitor/screen is set to keep the aspect ratio instead of strech the image hence the bars. Either use a resolution thats 16:9 or tweak screen settings

    User count is almost always at its peak at a servers launch; very rarely attracts more players.. more often than not it takes a nose dive. I don't think its fair to say there is a direct correlation between being removed from the status monitor and the servers user count dropping; Its natural.
