    Are you 100% positive its mph not kph? He might have seen the needle reach 100 and assumed it was MPH not KPH cos of cars being in MPH..

    regarding the dll loophole, its only a loop hole as long as *NONE* of the code used comes from the gpl'd code. its has to be 100% none-gpl code.

    I took my test 4 times in total - the one i passed was the one in my own car. You should do your test in whichever car you drive the best in. They dont pass you based on the car you took the test in.
