Then i'm sure many members of the community that also want the files released will be posting in this thread to back up your baseless claims. They have been pretty quiet so far..

Do you even bother to read what Sam posts? Its the community thats asking him NOT to release.
Since there is talk of a v2 server here is a list of things that I think make his server too easy /broken.
Mobs
IZT - rages at start then hits after he calms down he hits once in a blue moon
WT - same as IZT
Ranged mobs - hit for miles once they see you/don't hit when close
BoneLord - tao or...
Th only place they can download the client is here or via the website both of which have information on the state of the server. Failing to read that its also on the auto patch window as stated above.
If they miss that then its their own problem for not looking.
I would say the majority of bugs have been fixed already it just needs some polishing to finish it off before even thinking about new content. At least then we would have a complete set of files.
Keep up the good work Sam and don't release the files till almost every bug has been fixed before releasing new features. You are the only person that is working on files and is going to release them to the public at some point, so make sure they are up to scratch without new features first...

While I agree with this and have been an avid refiner on every server I have played, this server sucks for refining. I thought when someone complained on here that they were just poor at refining but after trying it seems totally random at times here with no method.
I haven't made my wiz yet and I feel that this is a huge disadvantage as i cant level at an OP rate that other wiz have benefited from. /sarcasm

Some sort of dodge passive skill would be good as mentioned previously due to the increased speed of casting here for wiz/taos.
As for leveling that was always dealt with by having high magic resistant areas that wiz/taos couldnt keep up with the warrior kill rate/tanking.
Sam last stated that sins would be implemented once current classes have been balanced and he is happy with them. After that there would be a period of testing until he even thought about adding archer class.

Nah keep it as is. The gap in level is large compared to other tao items. There has to be a jump in min+max at some point to keep a tao relevent for stronger mobs.
After the 51 brace its another 5 levels(huge gap at over 50) to gain an extra 1 max sc brace.
