I did a little more digging, they're publishing Shanda's Mir 3D for South East Asia (Singapore, Taiwan, Vietnam etc). It's not a new game, they're just handling the release outside of China. Cherry Credit's publish/handle payments for a bunch of games in the region including Mu and Ragnarok...

Re: Conquera A New Mir Like MMORPG OBT launching soon! It's Mir3D from Shanda, I played the Chinese version a bit. I only got to maybe level 15 or 16 though before the language barrier and grind started to properly kick in but it was basically Mir in 3D. Apparently it gets very pay2win later...

I think that's a fair point, I'm just not sure I'd entirely blame the Crystal files for that. Seems more like no one managed to pull off a very large server using them. Bon with 5heroes got pretty close. Every server having to deal with crashes for the first couple of months for a long time...

In Europe sure, Mir still pulls in massive amounts of users and money in China. I know this is a little old but Mobile Mir was pulling in $100m a month in March 2016. Even a 75% drop between then and now is $25m a month. It's insane money...

I disagree that Crystal being released did more harm than good. There are a couple of events in the last few years that 'saved' Mir in my opinion. The release of the Crystal files and Chronicles. Chronicles for bringing a ton of players back to Mir (were individual servers even touching 100...

I think those servers will exist no matter what is done, there would be enough decent servers to balance it out I've been keeping an eye on various Chinese forums to see if they've made any effort to create private servers but they're either keeping it very close to their chests or not...

I have an account that I played for a bit, it's Mir in 3D but with a lot of P2W elements apparently. You also need to pay for game time though it's pretty cheap. I have 60 hours and paid about 8 euro for that + another 8 euro or so for the account Can't help but think the private server...

When AceM2 was being developed/announced and in the beginning stages of testing a release was always planned. While I understand people being upset with the change in plans I still feel it was the right call both for us and for Mir in general. Chronicles didn't even exist as an idea at that...

Turns out there is only a slider for graphics and some frame rate protections stuff (turns off graphic features on the fly to protect framerate) I found MudWall today ^^

Yeah need Chinese SS Number + Chinese Phone Number + Ability to pay some money to play PC version on my Laptop from 2013. There are plenty of graphic options since it's an Unreal Engine Game
