    I use it solo in one on one spots and its great, hitting 9 targets it soon out damages tdb. Also have used it with a T-storming wizz like Sam said for the stunning affect

    No its not, altho i don't know alot about drop mechanics the fact that body luck comes into play at some point puts the chance to get an iteam purely down to YOU and nothing else. so minning would be something like (nothing this simple tho) Pick wing = rng(1-100) + body luck(-5 to +5)= result

    Sounds like good idea's, tho i think just having a 5min delay on @leaveguild would be better so people can still leave during a guild war if they want but can't use it to try and curse people.

    I'll assume that is meant to be building up your PA, good old auto correct! I have +2 slow and it will proc atlest once or twice per PB oma and last for 3 seconds, proc's less against IWT's tho
