    Yeh it isnt needed but it doesnt use that much memory etc and the logs are very usefull for catching hackers and cheaters etc so i would say that its best to use it. /Miles

    It would be in the m2server.exe m8 as the mir.exe holds all the client side info and m2server.exe hold all the server side info. /Miles

    Bte m8 you carnt add new commands to the m2server unless you have a vast knowlage of hex etc or have the delphie source code (you change names etc but not make new ones that do new things) /Miles

    If you wait a bit Solitude is releasing a server command center application and i think that backup is one of the things you can do (see app development post). You can also backup the databases like they say or you can just copy all of the server files for a total rewind (map info etc) /Miles

    Hmm when you say you installed mir 1.7 did you install this or 1.4? As 1.7 will not work with mir as its too new. Also make sure 100% that you have the right ini files and that the ip's and name are 100% correct. /Miles

    Hmm iv never heard of this on mir 2 before. Mir 3 yes never mir 2. Hmm the only thing i can think of ofhand is either that your data files are corrupt or all of your mir files are totally corrupted. Best and maby only thing you can do is to reinstall mir =( /Miles
