    Does Magic Booster literally only give a buff without consequences? If so then I think it should work like Mir 3's Renounce spell which only gives high end MC at the cost of health. As the level increases the more MC you gain but the more HP you loose aswell as mana cost and duration increases.

    I think this is probably the better way to set damage on spells as spells are level required (unless you've changed it on your server?) therefore any base damage you set should be relevant to the level requirement of the skill and its other levels.

    It could well be better in the long run and possibly cheaper to build your own and you might end up with a better overall result but the PC's you linked aren't half bad if you looking for something pre-built. Ebuyer usually has a lot of quality stuff too :)

    Both PC's will run LoL at highest settings as it doesn't take a really expensive PC to do so. I would probably go for the 2nd one unless you want to look around for a better PC for a similar price maybe.

    The placements of the image are wrong. Check the original JudgementMace image and find it's placements and copy them to your new images and it should work just fine.
