I think you have to move with the times as a discord isn't specifically a replacement for a forum but think its lazy and shoddy to not mirror the information for all players.

Can I ask what the changes were for casual players? Really considering giving this a go when work slows down for Christmas and keen to see what is meant to get me excited to play. All I read is how rubbish it is for new players/players not in a top guild.
If you are worried about 2-3 large guilds owning the server, why don't all of you down trodden casual players make your own guild(s) and take the fight to them when you are online?

No one should have an issue with that as long as they follow the rules of course.
I like the idea of a purpose built starting cave where you progress through (a number of floors) collecting start equipment/gold/exp/spells as you go. The mobs would obviously be low level but would not only drop items better then you may find from hens and deer but have the chance to drop items...
