    Correct. Dc and mana are equal (with decent luck) so there should be no reason for not using dc on weapons. Or master refining these. there has been a couple of comments regarding pick axe and being better then a levelled 38 wep. Will put some time into testing this to find out what the reason...

    Flame splash uses AE fire dragon repel uses AE lightning personally I’d go dc 15 and go AE lightning to repel in pvp. also sins at current levels only use mana, some are starting to see the full effect of dc now that luck 1 is 10% chance to hit max, so luck 5 is very good.
