    Tiscali. Although there customer services are rubish, they are very cheap. And i hardly have any disconnections. 15.99 for 2mb, 17.99 for 8meg. The only other downside to tiscali is that they run by FUP (fair usuage policy), so that means you are not allowed to download files larger than 50mb...

    Hmmm, yur xp must have a "built" in cd key, but you need to enter it yourself. Ermm,if you can access & get onto your built computer, run the "Windows xp product key viewer" to see your cd key.
