    As previously stated... IP banning is impossible, most ISP now have dynamic IP's and for the unlucky few that don't, you just need to google how to mask an ip and you will get a very easy tutorial... You can attempt to ban hardware, however, virtual machines can get around this "mac spoofing"...

    I could IP ban, but this may disrupt families who play, take Following and Avatar for example, Avatar was cheating, Following wasn't, this would of unfairly disrupted Followings play. In addition, its not uncommon knowledge how to mask your ip if you are unfortunate enough to have a static IP...

    Cast speed on Chronicles is faster than Ruby which is the closest comparison your going to get to euro, how your comparing the cast rate to a server you have not played in over 6 years I do not know.
