    Are you aware you can make changes via "Cheat Engine" or similar hex edit tools to manipulate what you see? It's purely graphical. The person does not have mc2-100 in reality, nor does he have 0 bagweight in reality.

    You may also want to make sure your Firewall/Antivirus isn't stopping you from accessing. Usually comes up as a "THEMIDA" flag when in actual fact is harmless, but some AV's will stop you accessing. You may have to set an exception up if this is the case for the entire Chronicles folder, then...

    One global shout per hour would be fine, and make it cost gold. Make it so GlobalShoutScrolls aren't effected by this cooldown, done.
