I thought the idea of a sin was to do lots of burst damage, sneak around, disappear/vanish but die fast..... whats the problem?

They can't sneak vanish or disappear very well. The only skill ATM is moonlight which only works on some mobs and not at all on players and does nothing for attacking things. I think what your saying is the design goal though.

Sneaking and vanish would normally imply acting like a rogue like class. In effect having the ability to literally vanish to go invisible. Unfortunately this is not the case, the skill moonlight on this server has been nerfed from it's original intention. So we do not have any protection neither do we have the ability to stealth like a rogue like class is meant to do. So what's the next alternative? The class needs more protection because we are constantly exposed. We melee like a warrior but we have half the hp and cannot sustain any sort of damage as we have the health of a caster.

I don't get why some of the skills have been completely changed? It's not like changing the duration of a spell it's changing the dynamics of the class. As others have said playing a sin is low protection and quick bursts of dmg.. In and out and being able to disappear back into the shadows from once you came.

Id like also to ask what does PoisonSword does as it only make mobs greens but doesnt make any damage at all...not even to a bugbat lol! is it just to paint mobs in green? =)

Many people on lomcn did not play USAMir so they do not know how the spells work accurately. Neither is the mir2resource correct on all of the official spells. No big deal though, its what happens when you play a game emulation.

Id like also to ask what does PoisonSword does as it only make mobs greens but doesnt make any damage at all...not even to a bugbat lol! is it just to paint mobs in green? =)

Bugbats have 1 hp and as far as I know, green poison cannot reduce hp below 1.

Doesn't it stop mobs from regaining health?

i havnt bothered lvling this skill and im glad , although didnt realise how useless everybody thinks it is :(

They've ruined Sins with the changes.

Id be happy with a reduce flinch skill instead
The aspeed is so pointless when your being attacked by 2-3 things just looks like your having an epileptic attack. 1 double slash for three minor orgasms.

No flinch for 10secs would be awesome. Give it a 30sec CD. Would still take damage you just wouldn't flinch.

would it halt your attacking though? anyway we are talking about lightbody, it is totally useless. it may aswell be a spell that adds hand weight to your character for 30seconds.

what ideas are flying around your head for a change to lightbody? the easiest options would be to increase it either x2/3/4 so a total of either 16/24/36 added agility. i do like the idea of agility and would love to see it being used. would need to add some sin items with agility on because you cant expect a sin to need to use the sc necky.
