There has already been a poll about shop spells. people voted no.
This was a before drop rates changed currently and now the population is growing... (cause ppl wanted during the vote time rare dropsrates) reason for a repoll...

LMAO mostly i see TKO spamin "NOO ITS BAD IDEA"
Reason its simple. They geting all boses. They got h lvl skils.
They are scared i evry 1 get all skils cos get ass raped.
I hope this guild leave server if skill crafting get in game.
Im solo hunting all time and have 0 chance to get all skils i need.
Owning all skils shud be basic thing not fking somthing rare. Evry 1 shud enjoy char with full set of skils.
Who said anything about spoon feeding? He can make it 200 items from PSC, 200 from BDD, 1 from ScorpionKing, 1 from GhoulKing and 150 from PB for, say, Curse.im not TKO and also say no its a stupid idea just sort drops out. if they are that eager to get skills in make them drop more regular dont spoon feed people keep the game interesting.whats going to happen once everyone has all there skills lets craft items now because people are complaining that they dont have top end items weps ect ?

Who are you responding to?Spells are not same as items. Spells making game balanced in point skill. Items making ppls stronger if they hunt boses. So u want make ppls hunting boses 2x stronger than solo players?

Have the books drop more often but introduce the manual/translation system like mir3 had with books.
You pay a fee to translate the book so it can be used. adjust the rate of success to suit amount of players on server.
People always complain and some are happy when change comes, look at other games, loads of people dont agree and moan when teams make different decisions but at the end of the day people still playI think change can be intimidating.
I don't think the possibility of crafting skills is such a bad idea.
And why shouldn't every Wiz have FF and every Tao have Curse? Would it be OP? If so, why isn't it OP when just 2% of the players have these spells?
I'd say go ahead, make the changes. There will be imbalances, but this server is a work in progress, the Team will make tweaks and try to head back towards a balance.

You can never please everyone. Some complain that the game is becoming stale and needs changing. Then suggestions like this come along and everyone shuns them before giving them a chance.
All these different views of forum users are a bit mad and confusing for me to get my head around!
Taking a vote is in politics, constructed posts and people's opinions it what matters, not votes....what if 3 guild leaders have 50 members each and guild leaders tell said members to all vote NO, that will just influence the server team....and tbh posts like yours, about why people shouldnt have skills would make me add this to gameSam try posting this on Facebook page since it has more members and take a vote? Before anything like this should be added try asking as many people who play as possible.
So your opinion is that only a few people can have access to skills and throw the spells your mentioning so they will be way OP than the rest? where is the fun in that?Everyone with curse and flame field and arrow barrage will just kill the server and yes it's a personal opinions isn't what people want to know each other's opinion on the idea?
?
Mir Chronicles has evolved more than any mir that i've ever seen and we both played loads of servers that had easy gain of books, and even on official servers people had access to most of the skillsbecause everyone uses lomcn? Cause 30 people out of 300 matters? Mir has always been about drops you wanna craft books of play another mmorpg

People want it too easy get a grp and camp a few bosses like Mir always has been?
lol people in wow dont get rich because of new items, i got 2mil gold on achievment and i didnt make it because of the new items that come with proffesions, the true gold you make by farming and selling materials, also comparing ecomy of wow that has 7,5m players with chronicles that has like 500 ? thats a really bad exampleWhether people have payed for skills already is an invalid point. Stuff will never be the same price tbh. Word of warcraft for example.. items are only good for a pretty short time until new ones come out so people get messed over by that all the time and it's fine. I don't think ti toeing over certain **rich** people should even be an issue.

I like this idea, because it gives poorer people a chance rather than the rich getting all they want and the poor getting nothing
Well in my opinion (being a WoW player for 8 years now) everyone should experience the new skills, thats why you work hard to get x amonth of level to get access to new items and spells, and since of the new tech and new spells your putting in game people should have the option to build different combination of skillsThis is another aspect to me wanting people to have access to their skills... One we have put a lot of effort into many aspects of the game which arn't used...

The newer skills would make killing mobs easier, and killing mobs easier would see more hunts in places like JT/LS (in my opinion)...

Specially when we introduce new temples + new skills...
I dont really think voting should be taken into consideration just feedback from the people should matter, but like my quote down to xx69xx, whats the point of having this new files, new tech, new spells if people dont use them ?Just so they will stay in the db and be in drop files with the chance of 1/1000000000 and i think im close to the correct chance since it isnt dropping...
So the spells exist in game for just 1-2 people to have ?Whats the point of having new tech and having new spells if they dont drop ?
Yes i know what you mean, they will keep the books in the guild because either one of them will make another character or give it to a guild friend so others will not have power over themim not quite sure how you have taken my opinion, but i tihnk you have understood it incorrectly.
My point is clear, and states that; if a big guild is getting all of the high end books dropping, they will not sell out of the guild, and i think this is FAIR play. They have very little reason to sell. They dont need gold, as the only function of high gold is to buy items. They kill the biggest bosses, so dont often need to buy items as they have them drop for them.
On the other hand i speak about how other players need to obtain these spells. and although im not the biggest fan of creating these spells, i think every one needs a chance to obtain them.
I wouldnt mind seeing other bosses drop high end spells
But ofc it would be a little silly seeing 42 spells drop from a WT often.
Most of all though, i do believe it important that these spells do not rush into the game and become junk. They still need to have high value, they just need to actually have a value. As it stands because only one guild seems to be getting them, they are still invaluable.
Remember the little guys!

worst idea yet, like guc said every tao with curse, every wizz with flamefield.. it's a bad idea, and i am one of the people who have payed out **** loads for my books and to craft them even if it wil be hard to craft them is a **** in my backgarden. Just cause lower tier players like the ones agreeing in this thread cause they don't hunt the big bosses to get the high tier spells, doesn't mean they should be craftable they should be lowered in rates and dropped a tad more often considering iv killed the bosses on this server over a hundy times and not got fk all to show for it.
All the people saying book drops is what Mir is all about clearly has no idea.
Having access too all spells would only increase enjoyment, not decrease it, unless you enjoy being left behind until the server shuts down.
If chronicles had 2 servers online, one with all spell access and one without, I can tell you now that the one with spell access would have more users then the one without.
