Now this is not a moan/crying thread!!! I just want everyone to understand that the server IS DYING their is no doubt you can say what you like but it is dying and this is due to many reasons which players tell GM over and over but don't listen this can be thread where everyone posts what THEY WANT and how THEY WANT the server to play, not how Samuel wants it which is obviously the wrong way because it is not popular way and losing users fast.

This Is list of most important things to change in the server.

1. Fix BDD this is a broken cave Reduce mobs HP and allow Boars to be stunned with Thunderstorm, this opens up an entire cave with many floors so wizzys and large grps with wizzies can get good exp mass killing together encourages lvling in groups as it stands now for some reason the mobs have around 4X??? the HP they normally have on every single server iv ever played, the hp and time it takes to kill the mobs in entire of bdd is completely wrong for the exp they give people just skip past the mobs entire way through bdd and kill the bosses only this is broken and needs changing.

2. The idea of Mega rare kill books is flawed on a private low rate server skills need to be fairly easily accessible through drops from all subs and all bosses including high lvl 42+skills, keep weapons/item as low rate as you like but skills are no1 most important thing to keep a server going keep player interested and motivated to keep lvling to get the skill to lvl 3.

3. FIX ranged mobs this cannot be emphasized enough ranged mobs on this server continue hitting you when their nowhere near you not even as red dot on the map this Is surely the worst bug on the server and extremely annoying.

4. EXP from 44+ needs changing only the very few hardcore lvlers 10% of ppl will continue lvling at 44+ most will quit when they hit brickwall and they don't have any of their skills lv41+ then when you start getting only 1-2% per hour of solid good lvling, It can still be slow at 44+ but just not THIS SLOW.

5. Dropping from body during guild wars needs to be removed now you will all cry carebear but this is how It was on euro and it made for awesome Wars and fights because everyone turned up had fun everyone died and fought to the death cos they knew they would not drop from body in guild wars this Is way Guild wars should be fun and fight to the death, 100k to war a guild no Cursing and still to get body drops is wrong their is no drawback to warring someone.

6. BALANCING THE CLASSES: This Is a huge debate and will cause many arguments but its so obvious how far ahead Archers are in terms of damage compared to the other 4 classes they also have tankability and dish out higher damage FROM RANGE than wars/sins do. Archers literally need damage on arrow barrage halving. Taos I feel are 2nd best pvp class which I think is fair because they are the slowest lvlers, wars+sins I think are about right wiz are at bottom of the pile and need damage boost for all spells.

Jeez I did not think this would be so long but I hope Sam will listen to this before it is too late.

I read it... and then realised who you were... what I gathered from it was that your a lazy player who thinks wizzys need spells and better levelling areas..oh and that you get dropped alot during guild wars...

I agree the classes need balancing and the top end books are a little too rare (not a single FF ingame yet?)

i think the servers gotten better since drops have been upped

The ranged mobs shooting through walls and around corners is annoying but can still play. I don't want to see rare books to be not rare.

I don't understand?? I just knew would get this kind of reception all the things I listed are good ideas and would help the server grow up ppl its constructive feedback and opinions.

Deleting all posts from you, would be a good start.

Explain to me why all them are not good suggestions they are sensible fixes and changes to bugs and ways to make the server more enjoyable.

People don't want improved content(that should just be the standard) They want "New" content! Different ****!

New weapons, new caves and fun and rewarding quests, new spells, stuff people aint ever seen before!

2.0 will bring back people... at least for a little while! then it will slowly die again untill another big patch comes out!

I don't play the server but is the ranged mob attack problem related to screen res ?
Mob set to attack on 1024x768 and people playing on 800x600 getting caught out.
Just a thought.

Not a good start to make a constructive thread by flaming hard on the server and GMs running it
Servers lose a large population after the 'honeymoon period' the fact that I still see 150-250 user counts on is a good private server, considering most boast about 20 at peak times.

To me this is fine as it stands... Wizzies shouldnt just group up and be able to farm anywhere and everywhere... go as a group with variety, hunt the bosses mass mob with taos / warrs as well, its not all about a single class to balance a cave.

Annoying yes. essential fix, no. I'd prefer them to keep working on 2.0 then sort this out, its manageable.

When you hit 44, you pace levelling (do an hour here or there) but mainly boss hunt as far as I was aware, when the 2.0 content comes out, it will give more motivation to level, and you will get decent gains from Hell groups anyway.

No, the whole point of a GW is to fight a guild you dislike and get as much vengance / items from them as possible, the drawback is your own guild getting killed by the guild you warred and losing items (theoretically paying the enemy guild to take your guildies items)

Agree, this cave should have been left as it was on euro it was fine and needed no changes to the mobs. Either needs to have increased exp or decreased mob hp back to euro stats to make it a good hunting and t storming cave as its always been. The way it is wiz are restricted to PT a low level cave to tstorm 40+wiz should at least be able to handle a med level cave like bdd. Or we can stand in one spot and press tu, joy.

Should have been fixed a lot earlier, nobody can disagree with this 1

There is not a single good argument for making exp euro rate past 44 and ppl have already quit because of this. Problem is trying to recreate the 'euro feel' and now ppl have to grind for months/years to reach the same level and acquire the same skills they had several years ago. The game needs to move forward and everyone needs a decent chance to level up and get stronger to hit the new content. Lots of servers make this mistake players are made to grind for the old stuff and everyone gets fed up and quits. Roughly make 1% an hour at level 44, and I have a level 57 necklace in store, really..? This exp rate just means only the grinders will reach 45+ and use the same stuff they had on euro let alone the new content u are adding. And the answer isn't to add caves that are much better exp, this will make the current caves useless. X2 is still a grind so I don't understand why it was changed

Wiz are totally screwed on this server they already had no hope against an archer prior to their hp boost, and a hp regen spell on the way..lol. FW/FD/FC need a boost imo and obviously archers need an AB a nerf. Wizzies are going to be a 1 spell class (FF) unless something is done. Taos wars and sins are pretty balanced atm but u need to look at archers and wiz asap

1 3 4 6 are all good important points, people will hate on these points because ur zeus but they make sense tbf

One of the main things is this forum the majority of the ppl on it are just moaning assbandits who couldnt agree on the colour of shite.

Its the only place really that Sam and BH get there info from aswell and is only a small % of the ppl that actually play.

Fix the current content before bringing out new stuff we have more than enough content and bosses to kill tbh just that most of it is broken and just too difficult for the average player and the basic kits we have ingame atm, balancing the classes making more high lvl skills drop and changing caves like bdd and ALL ranged mobs is much more important than releasing 2.0 which is basically just adding in gems+refining which SHOULD HAVE been in since day 1 anyway completely senseless why they delayed gems+refining until 4 months into server think its one of the main reasons the user count has died so much its such an integral part of the game...


@Zed YES FF NEEDS to drop a lot more its such a huge part of the game not just for wizzies it gives guilds and grps the ability to clear through caves on way to bosses instead of just trying to run past everything which is what everyone does now more FF books in server benefits all players gameplay never has one such important integral class defining skill been kept away from a class for so long 4 months 100s wizzies 42+ and not a SINGLE book yet that is simply ridiculous.

Yup probably only 10% of the posters here actually play the server and don't really care they just want to see it getting more n more fkd up and try to make bad/wrong/bias changes happen, the vocal 10% ruins it for the rest of us.
