Sorry for the late reboot time for part 2 of Halloween event.

Sorry for the late reboot time for part 2 of Halloween event.
Please find below the list of changes made:
HALLOWEEN:
- JackOLanterns have ran for Shelter as the gates to the Hallowed World were left open on their arrival and this mistake has cost other more deadly mobs to enter the world.
- These new "Dwellers" do not like sunlight and are therefore hidden away in caves.
- The world boss remains and will evolve on HallowsEve.
- Jack (The leader of the Lanterns) Has taken sanctury in Bichon and will offer you a quest line to help him rid of this new Evil.
- The new Dwellers will no longer drop the pumpkins/Skulls, however they have a large range of goodies they can drop (rarely, including GameGold Items)
- 2 New Halloween items are now ingame. One is a craftable and one is dropped from the Dwellers.
- Stats will be taken away at the end of the event.
LifeStyle Changes:
- Trap Spell has a considerable reduced Cooldown.
- ALT LEFT CLICK has now replaced CTRL left click to view players items.
- Flaming Missile has been worked on in PVP (still strong, just a slight bit weaker)
- Gems will not correctly change text on different outcomes (break/Fail/Success)
- Ranged Mobs in Primeval cave have been reduced on floors 1/2
- Items lasting on the floor has been doubled in time
- Time outs when dead have been doubled in time.
- Red Poison Damage multiplyer has been adjusted.
- Shinsu damage has been lowered 10%.
- SoulSabre stats increased 3-8 from 3-5
- GameShop items will no longer require MailBox/safezone to use.
- UltimateEnchancer has been capped at +8 stats
- After being hit in combat will now take 3 steps before you can run rather than 2.
- ShieldOfHonor has had a 20%hp buff
- ElectricShot now has a Greater range on bounces
- Gold Added - to item info
- FlameDisruptor / Flaming Missile pvp been re balanced. PVE back to how it should be.
- Bosses now have different multiplyers for ranges, meaning Melee classes will have less trouble standing near the boss, however This will not count the giant AOE Spells, this will hit everyone for the same! (PLEASE LET US KNOW IMMEDIATLY OF ANY ERRORS HERE, WE HAVE TESTED BUT THIS IS A BIG CHANGE)
