can anyone who played beta give me some tips, are archers any good? do they have aoe attacks?

They are stronger than Wizards in terms of single target attacking (Stronger than TBolt for example)
I'm sure they will get an AoE, but not till later levels

EDIT: Seems to have picked up now its finished downloading the exe, lolz? random, may have been a fault with BT somewhere.
You lazy gits aint changed the icon for the patcher! tut tut....jokes

How come you couldn't get on AceM2 you do know these are based on the AceM2 files right.. Lollooks good not been on mir for along time and not played mir2 but download'd already

You need to install Graphic card drivers. That's what the error is telling you

- Click Start, and then click Run.
- Type dxdiag, and then click OK.
- On the System tab, note the version of DirectX that is displayed on the DirectX Version line.

i know it is a bit too late to pick up the gem / orbs discussion but the way i see it is that it should be the server to choose whether to drop a normal or added item.. just as it happened on CMIR.. i liked the fact that you never knew what stats were on the added items but you could see added items on the floor because of the different color.
it was nice to pick up ordinary items such has ruby rings with an added +4mc or +5ac.. this was the best solution imo.. just remove gems, orbs and make items drop crazy
