At no point anywhere did I or anyone say leveling would be made easier, I said the cap would be removed and that is what this will do
The exp adjustments follow the standard exp adjustments between levels, if you look at the standard exp table on any server, even euro, you will notice that there are some levels that need double the exp from the last level, then it evens out again, then there is another double.
I also said that the numbers I posted where not the final numbers and just test numbers, I could spread the whole thing out up to level 1000 if I wanted too.
Kindly post your idea for fixing this issue
The adjustments above remove the soft cap, that is what I said I was doing and that is what it does.

I have mentioned this before that the current exp rate of this server is actually 0.75 ish times that of euro at 44 (I will quickly explain this again, the exp was never actually doubled on most monsters it was raised by 50% depending on the monster which means when you hit level 44 and the exp needed doubles the server exp is .75 that of official) .Euro was slow, other than a handful of people the general player base will not play the same amount as they did in euro (we have families and real jobs now

I get it that this is my personal opinion but after you have all spent so much work on this server why would you make it so people will never play your content? One of the early answers had been that new content would bring drastically higher exp, this was not the case.
What exactly is the problem with your average players getting to 50 and your 2 outlier players being level 57? You know that there is already content, gear and skills up to level 59 in the game? Take a quick look at the experience needed from 0-44 and then from 44-59. I am 44, I will never, ever, ever get to 59, or to 50 or most likely to 48 with the experience set like it is. Seems silly to cater a server to bullpit and evilwoman2 who either both don't have jobs or have multiple people playing there accounts, this isn't your average player.
Leveling should be exciting and feel possible, should give people to look forward too. As a quick aside I think ace had 5 times official experience or 6.7X the experience of here and the average may of been level 47 or 48? I think there was one person level 59, and so even at that rate people had not past the current content.
One of the biggest reasons player count has dropped is if people feel like they can't level, can't get new gear and can't get to higher level content than what is the point of playing?
