Isnt a flame or cause arguements just want peoples honest opinions, i personally think it is, few examples from me. Dont get me wrong GM's seem active and are trying but there is things being ignored/breaking game.
Event mob drops - Good incentive for new players/casuals, but its shocking that the drop rate on these at start of event was mental few people gained items then it got ninja nerfed, heard a few 40 weps dropped too (no idea why they would be in drop files personally on pumpkins/skulls). They seem to drop better than camping bosses most days. (changed the wiz ring to mc2-4 which seemed fair then upped it to 2-5 which seems to benefit mc classes better vs the other items that have been dropped, its a damn good ring for wiz better than violets etc).
Bosses - hardly drop anything worthwhile, subs seem to drop better yes i understand the whole IT CAN drop motto and dont expect to see amazing drops everytime but on here it seems like drop files are just copied and pasted with a few items moved about.
Balance - I dont even want to go into this but its all over the place PVP and PVE really, few examples, Range solo all things ingame without being hit, Range mobs on here seem to absolutely rape. certain caves mob damage to exp ratio is shocking. Red poison %age in PVP is mental also think yellow stacks with it too.
I know this sounds like a dig but it isnt as i know you guys are trying but in some ways you seem to slack, its like this dynamic shard thing you stated, can only put one per item, people have put more than one and its been over a week they have been using this and GM's dont seem to care or address it. There have been alot of times you have messed up stuff and people have benefited from it/exploited it and all you do each time is go oops and ninja nerf/fix it then leave the people to benefit from the problem.
I dont think the server is terrible it has potential but to me its just a euro clone with a few added ai and caves/some high level new items, no diversity in kit or new things to the table, you could have different versions of smash sets/five string sets etc etc, theres so many things you could do. Good examples, RMS make it benefit all classes not just tao/wiz (cant comment on archers as dunno stats). The white set in craft, stats are **** isnt worth making look into things like that, make it more diverse.
