What meaning don't I understand? I came from China, now South Korea's service end already appeared in LEDU, but has not shared

No, i think he wants to know where he can find it, i'm assuming by "South Korea's service end" he means the official korean GUI, and he says in the newest ledu they are using it i think, wants to know where he can get that interface.
A chinese person posted in on HH8 it looks like he modified the images and just went on the philli server (its all english in another shot)
