StarLite (hero)

The Server is coming on very nice now, as you may or may not know iam useing the latest hero server files with double the skills that the 2.3 has now...

Main Things The Server Has

A real hero (clone/slave) this hero levels just like, it uses the same skills you have, so if you are a wiz it only uses wiz skills... the hero can pick up items and it has its own bag :) this is unlike any clone/slave you have seen before, with its own hp/mp level on screen.

Skills, you have never seen as many skills per class on any other mir server, with some new skills that only work as a group and many just solo.

Stuff you would get in a 2.3 server like trust merchant, guild npc, crafting etc.

As you know the 1.9 client i used on my old server was the most packed client that you could get and this new hero client will be even more packed with cool armours/items/weps etc.

iam looking at beta testing in a few months then fully online by xmas 2007

il get some screenshots of the game very soon for you all to have a look.

THE BAD NEWS

The server is at 85% translated and the client at 60% this will be all sorted in the next few months.

Leos Sig says we are running a 1.9 server but i can assure you we are not..
We are lucky really tho that leos sig picks up our server in the first place so iam happy. we are more advanced than any 1.4 /1.9 / 2.3 that has been made or in the makeing..

lol well tbh its jully....long long time untill december lol...
Why post the server now you should atleast post it when you are almost ready for alpha test its kinda stupid to post the server that wont be online some months from now...

saw some ppl post a date of server and one of them isnt online by now lmao

it will be round a x10 exp

its not silly to post now, all that needs doing is the client side and we can get some testing done..

like i said a few months to cover my self i dont want to post a date and find out its not ready

It is basicaly just an update so ppl that may like servers he/she has made and will be pleased to hear of an update....and servers tend to only give ETAs estimated time of arrivals.... which is not an exact time just an estimated time....

i have always loved starlite i played the first ever version of starlite and it was really good and i just hope this one will carry on being good too :D.. also was thinking if you could ass new spells like what meteora are doing that would be awesome

Lifco has made like 10 servers and never hosted one for longerthan a few weeks

share the "hero" files so that we can actuly get a decent serve as you obviusly don't have what it takes to provide one, no offence and g/l with it but imo its a waste of time.

he wont share nothing because he probably aint even got them lol...i wont belive it untill i see pics tbh

everyone knows i have a hero server Vagrant its not a secret, you can ask Milo/BH/Beard etc

i can release the files but they will not work on any pc only mine they are ip locked by the site i got them from

as for releaseing them i will but sometime next year after my server is all sorted, but i can assure you they will not work on your pc as they are ip locked

il get some screenshots and maybe a small vid as well on here tonight so you can see the game in action

why dont u get off lifco's back im not his biggest fan by all means but i have no doubt he has the files bcoz its just not sumthing somebody would lie about, server will be gd by the sounds of it wen it comes out i just hope it uses crafting again. obviously the guys busy and hes made this thread to make u aware of the server and his progress n ill b glad to play it when its up tbh.

lol i not on his 'back ' im not on any1's back i just want proof thats all i dont care about this server tbh i would give it a try but i dont really care it could be the best server out and the one im staying its the one that will be the best that will be out soon ;)
