I was only in phase 3 but not alot of testing has been done and when you point out stuff to the gm's you get this is how it should be so you have a lvl 47 war struggling to kill iKH even KS yet a tao can solo OKS/DD ect no problem it needs a good 2 months of beta
they refused to test slow on a sin / a speed on a war and said if its over powered it deserved to be because it will cost alot to buy gems where is the logic in that ?
i found wizzard op as **** in pvp to the point where if its 1v1 the war/sin might as well run off / tt
shadow step was not in game was bugged so all testing was with out SS
i didnt play a hunter but it was a easy kill on a warrior
PB seems the only leveling map why would i go to any other cave when i can get 10k a mob in PB compared to orcs 15k? or the newer caves 16k? i can kill 3 PB mobs in time it takes to kill one it orcs / prime evil
one cave i went into normal mobs killed me within 30 secs as a level 47 warrior gm's response its a high end cave
so Wizzard will level faster then any other class they always have and always will yet it will be able to kill boss's that war/sin cant solo and be the best in PVP
If a warrior comes across a wizzard higher level they cant be killed if they manage to get 3 or 4 hits on them with 120 DC they can outpot your damage but good luck getting more then one hit on a wizard when they can just repulse you away
Slow on here is op to the point that if you get slowed you are dead in group pvp
I dont see the role of a mele class on this server when a wiz/tao can do everything better leveling/Boss/PVP
Tao's will always have superiority over soloing bosses, that will never change. You make these claims but only the saddest, no lives have hours to spend soloing bosses with poison.
A.speed and slow probably could have done with being tested, as it can be potentially game breaking in both pve and pvp. But maybe this is something they've done in private, or have made it seriously hard to obtain.
Wiz will always level faster due to mass killing abilities. But can they mass kill at a good rate in PB, orcs etc? Or will they be in lower caves e.g. PT as they can kill faster and easier therefore gain equivalent exp as a warrior killing in say PB? This is a point you've made without really thinking about it, imo. If you tested both warrior and wizards levelling capabilities then fair enough, but I doubt any significant testing on this was done and it just seems like a standard wiz will level faster moan.
Not sure about the pvp side of things, I saw a few pvp streams during certain phases (2 I think?) and damage looked reasonable equal through out, by which I mean wizards could be 2-3 hit easily. I can't say much more about this as didn't test, just what I saw. But bare in mind, without decent luck, there is no reason you should expect to 2hit a wizard, you may have top end dc 120 but you may only be hitting with dc 30. This shouldn't even need explaining or even spoken about after 15 years of mir. It's a low rate, if players are being 2 hit consistently when equal kitted then by level 45 the game is almost pointless.
Tao and wiz will always solo bosses better, they don't need to get hit if the room allows spots for them to easily wall or move around. I suspect warriors will still be able to solo bosses, but as with any low rate will find it much harder than classes that don't need to be hit.
There really isn't much you mentioned that imo isn't what a low rate should be. Maybe a melee class just isn't your cup of tea.
