a sin played properly is unkillable

You say everyone can have agility to counteract sin - but you need about 30 agility to make it count(a wizard has 15 agility, so would need 15 agility somehow to make it worthwhile) "no one can spec against a wizard damage" Everyone can reduce magic damage by wearing an MAC/AMC kit!! Which is much cheaper and easier than a wiz getting agility
AMC REDUCES damage taken from wiz. Magic Resistance, avoids it.
AC REDUCES damage taken from sin. Agility, avoids it.
Archers and Taos attacks can be avoided with MR.
Sins and warriors attacks can be avoided with Agil.
You can't avoid a wizards AOE attacks.
Re Blizz : 8 Damage more, 3-5 Ticks? 9 Space AOE? That's not too bad, really? I assume you're in Max MC, which is what it scales off?
For your agil speculation:
Accuracy 17 vs Agil 15 = Always hit.
Accuracy 17 vs Agil 21 = 80% chance to hit.
Accuracy 17 vs Agil 26 = 65% chance to hit.
Agil3 boots, 2belt, 2braces and 2armour gives you agil 26. Not too expensive to make it either.
Now how much MR does everyone need to avoid a wiz AOE? ... Oh yeah, you can't avoid it
