Lazy are you serious? I guess you really have no idea what it takes to run a good server. I think its sad that you have to flame other peoples servers out of being jealous over them. lmao look at your rep they shouldn't even allow you to post anymore. All you ever have to say is negative. Maybe Ben would give you some pointers on how to build a real server if you just tried to be civil for once. lmao
When you grow up one day you will realize that things cost money. Then you may find why adults don't mind donating money to help people who run the servers get by. I personally think they all deserve, something for there efforts, as I have seen the stress caused by running a server and dealing with people like you.

No they lose a level, meaning you gain a level ( they level )
So you are 61 and you pk 70 player. You go up to 62 and he goes down to 69.

anyway i like the cap level idea and the level loss too.. i think they add that small part that was missing ingame, else give a reward to players with good pk capabilities and slow down quick long time playing people..
