Lots of drama over the last few days. Something we're not always equipped to handle well however we've come to a decision as a team.
24 Players have been deleveled as a result of the Hell Cave Exploit. Behavior like this will not be tolerated and if these players continue to exploit their accounts will be terminated. After a long investigation into Koriban (One of the 24 players who took advantage of Hell Cave exploit) we've decided to reinstate his account with a final warning. We believe we acted in haste and with bad information when banning him and in light of the fact that he had reported numerous bugs in the past we decided this is the best course of action. He will be punished along with the other 23 players but for now that will be the end of it.
For the Auto SunPot Marco, steps will be taken in the next reboot to mitigate this and investigations into punishments are ongoing. We're committed to ensuring everyone has a fair and level playing field and use of macros such as these unbalance that field. We'll continue to work on blocking these and other negative macros going forward.
Regarding the Christmas Day exploit we have found Players that appear to of tried to take advantage of it but failed. We're continuing to investigate this and punishments will follow.
For the 39 players who did not receive GameGold when attempting to open the Christmas Present you shall receive 10000 Gamegold on login. Apologies for the delay in this matter.
Finally for players who lost TM Items in the rare and unfortunate RollBack around Christmas we're still working on restoring these items to you. It's proving more difficult than we hoped but we plan to restore these items as soon as we can.
