cool NW great to have a fresh mind looking for the cheats
we know they can be taken out as milo has a client with some of them out (just cant crack it) and he has seen pics of servers with some of the cheats off

getting these cheats out and this client up and running will be a hugh step for mir 2

ye i really like the client be even better without the cheats in also how you make places dark or is that a cheat that carnt be removed the client version is 2.12

In your mapinfo it should say Day/Night or something similar or Light/Dark if thats in there already and it doesnt become dark means that there is all light cheat in the client

i can remeber a program which made it all light aswell so knowing the chinese it is a cheat

my thats where the chinese are clever you need the mirconfig to make it work it a ways to stop ppl using the client on there servers and you only need to change 1 ip

its abit more complex then that Milo has most of it translated

Ssoul2004 there is no image on that link

all light is in the cheat menu (first option I think) just unclick it and move to a dark map

but all light is not a bit cheat in the client the packet editer NPC cheat and all them things are much worse

there is a way to disable these cheats and i dont think it is a hex as the chinese dont like hexing

so therefore that leaves !setup.txt but there is nothing in the M2 to say that you can disable the cheats that way

or an exe (most likely imo) all the cheats are coded into the client
the client also has a text string in it saying "this menu has been disabled" so you can disable a whole menu

in the game gate when u tick the top box al the rest all close ( disable all cheats ) or u can disble each tab or each cheat if thats what they are...

Milo this is it am 95% sure this turnes them off
it has all the cheat menus in it and if you click the disable box the tab disappers from the menu just have to test it ingame

100% credit to Ssoul2004 if this does what I think it should do this is a really really nice find

will report more when am home and can test it

Sweet if it is Then i can just finish off my translation and release lol

just looked through it and all the cheat options are there
they can be turned off one by one or fully
and for the first menu you can turn off each tick box

just hope now it connects but have been told by Ssoul2004 that he got it to lock he just does not have the client to test it
