Rooney was seen in training yesterday, and was kicking a ball "as hard as he is capable of".
What i find depressing is the fact some of the better players are being overlooked cos of walcott and rooney. Look at Aaron Lennon, sure he's only as sub cos David Beckham is first choice, buts its been a long time since we had a replacement for Beckham that can shred defenses to ****
I think its a shame Beckham and Lennon wont be playing at the same time cos Lennon gets fouled loads outside the box, and beckham could put away the resulting free-kicks with ease.
Walcott looks good. Crouch is good, not brilliant, and works well with Owen.
The people who worry me are Sol Campbell, and Owen Hargreaves. 2 ****ing useless players.
I rate Campbell more than i rate Ferdinand. I trust Campbell more.

Rooney will not make us win. but will be a great help. with rooney we have the best all-round team deffinetely. the only reason people are saying brazil will win is because they have the worlds best player ronaldinho. but 1 man doesnt make a team.
England :
neville, ferdinand, terry, a. cole, j.cole, lampard, gerrard, rooney and 3 other 'world-class' players. but those 8 are all up the top of the worlds best.
You done mention Brazils players because you dont know them, but mention England players because you do know them.
Ronaldo - Still got it, still a massive threat.
Ronaldinho - Speaks for its self
Kaka - Absolute fantastic player
Carlos - Still a great player. Not very good defensivley... but Brazil dont, and never have concentrated on Defence.
Cafu - Old, but again certainly not passed it. A great leader to keep team spirit up. Do you think he would be playing for Milan if he had lost it? Nope, they could easily buy someone else.
Ze Roberto - A great player who i am not surprised to see at a team such as Chelski, man Ure, barca, Arse.
Adriano - Absolute world class, will rip any team to shreads.
Robinho - As good as rooney, and around same age.
